Re: How can I be CID Informer or CID Officer?
The minimum educational qualification required to get job in CID (Criminal Investigation Department) is "12th Class" or Intermediate in 10+2 pattern from a recognized university. But as you are willing to become CID Officer, the minimum educational qualification required is "Graduation" or Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Generally the required educational qualification may vary from Post to Post under CID Department. As you have passed 11th Class, I suggest you to wait for an year and then apply for the posts for which minimum 12th Class is needed. In the mean time, you can even pursue Graduation after successful completion of 12th Class and then you can apply for CID Officer Post after completion of Graduation.
For Sub Inspector/ Assistant Sub Inspector posts in CID Department - Minimum 12th Class For Officer Posts in CID Department - Minimum Graduation or Bachelor Degree |

The most important criteria for becoming a CID officer is you need to have Indian Citizenship. Both males and females can apply for this position. The only criteria are the candidate needs to be pass with A-class marks in standard 12th. If you have done graduation, it needs to be from a good and recognized institution.
