The UPSC is conducting examinations for the job vacancies in Intelligence Bureau. The graduation is the eligibility and the age should not be above 27 years. The minimum age limit is 18 years. There will be a written test, physical and medical test and interview for the posts in Intelligence bureau. The details will be checked in the website upsc.gov.in. The aspirant has to apply through online.There will be a written examination in General Knowledge, Reasoning, Comprehension, Mathematical ability and English Skill.

There are two opportunities for you to join Intelligence Bureau at the bachelor's degre level. The first examination is Intelligence Bureau Security Post Assistant exam. For this exam minimum criteria is 10+2 passed from a recognized board. The age limit is 18-30 years. Upper age relaxation applicable to candidates of reserved category.

However at bachelor's degree level, being a mechanical engineering, you must apply for the Intelligence Bureau Assistant Central Intelligence Officer exam. Intelligence bureau entrance exams are conducted by the Ministry of Home Affairs every year.

For IB ACIO, exam, you must be a graduate and your age should be between 18-30 years with three years age relaxation for OBC and five years for SC/ST candidates. Intelligence Bureau recruits the candidates for the post of Sr. Mechanical posts. The Ministry of Home Affairs releases the notification for the various posts in Intelligence Bureau.

ELIGIBILITY :

* Candidate should be citizen of India.

* Candidates age should be minimum of 18 years and maximum of 27 years.

* Age relaxation is applicable as per norms.

* Candidate should complete his/ her graduation in Mechanical stream from any recognized university.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :

* Payment of fees i.e., Rs.50/- should be done through either Online/ Offline mode.

* After the submission form, the system will generate the registration slip which should be preserved for the future reference.

SELECTION PROCEDURE :

* Written exam.

You can apply for IB ACIO exam if you are a graduate in mechanical engineering. The age limit for this exam is 18 to 27 years for general category candidates. If you belong to reserved category then there is relaxation of age. Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) releases the notification for this job every year.

There will be written exam which will have objective type questions plus descriptive type questions. You have to appear for interview after clearing the written examination which will have objective type questions and also descriptive type essay questions. There is others exams also through which you can get job in IB like SSC CGL which are mainly assistant type jobs.

Yes, you are eligible for SSC CGL exam which is conducted for CBI recruitment.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is an Indian government organization which will recruit staff members for the various posts in the various departments and ministries.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for SSC CGL exam.

Your age should be 21 to 27 years.

Educational Qualification
There are two basic criteria related to the IB ACIO exam educational qualification, which are discussed in the following section:

The aspirants should complete the graduation from a recognized University or Institution, duly approved by the UGC.
The applicants should have good knowledge of the basic computer.
Nationality
The interested candidates should be citizens of India. The aspirants require to submit proper document proof for supporting their claim. The candidates require to submit the following documents:

PAN Card
Aadhar Card
Voter ID Card
Passport/ Driving License.
Number of Attempts
The Ministry of Home Affairs did not set any number of attempts for appearing in the IB ACIO recruitment. If the candidates meet the IB ACIO eligibility criteria, then they are eligible to take part in the IB ACIO exam.
