Information about types of jobs in government sector for B.Tech CSE graduate in governemnt sector?


I completed my B.Tech CSE waiting for a job, so can you provide me the information about types of jobs in government sector that whether it will be useful for me i am from SC caste.

You have completed B.Tech in CSE, so you are eligible for government sector jobs like Civil Service Exam and Bank exam.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for CSAT exam. Final year students are also eligible for this exam. Your age should be in between 21 to 32 years.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IBPS and SBI clerk exam. Your age should be in between 20 to 28 years.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IBPS and SBI PO exam. Your age should be in between 20 to 30 years.

Yes, you are eligible for jobs in government and private sector.

As, you have passed graduation degree from recognised university you can appear for examination to get job.

Some of list of examination for which you can appear is :-

GATE.

IBPS/SBI.

CDS.

CSE.

SSC.

After qualifying in the entrance examination you are eligible for the respective job. For more information about examination visit at the respective official website.

Govt. sector jobs for which you can apply with B.Tech in CSE are as under :-

Bank jobs,

Defense jobs,

Indian Railway jobs ,

Civil Services, etc.

Beside these, you can apply for the various Govt. companies after pursuing B.Tech degree in Computer Science through GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) exam. One must have passed B.Tech. degree with at least 60% marks to sit for the GATE exam .

Some of the companies for which you can apply are as under :-

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited(BHEL)

National Thermal Power Corporation(NTPC)

Broadcast Engg. Consultants India Ltd.

Engineering Projects (India) Ltd.

Heavy Engineering Corporation

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd.

Bharat Electronics Limited(BEL)

Yes, you are eligible for recruitment in government jobs in core as well as other sector.

To get job you have to qualify in entrance examination. The entrance examination conducted for job is :-

GATE.

Civil Services examination.

Staff Selection Commission.

Banking.

Railway.

You have to qualify in these entrance examination in all its stages for final recruitment.

Computer Science candidates have good opportunities in following entrance exam for government sector:

*National Informatics centre examination.

*UPSC exams like Civil Services exam, CDS exam etc.

*CDAC exam.

*Bank exams etc.

You will get age relaxation and cut off marks will be less in every entrance exam as you come from SC category.

There are numerous job opportunities for Computer science graduates in government sector. You can apply for large number of competitive government examinations:

Public Service Commission exams conducted by State government. There are many UPSC exams for which graduates can apply like Combined Defence Service, CPF exam, Civil Services exam etc.

You can apply for Combined Graduate level examination. In case of banking, you can apply for SBI PO and IBPS PO exam.

You have completed your B.Tech degree in Computer Science discipline and want to know about the types of government sector jobs. First of all you have to decide whether you want to get job in technical field or in non technical field. If you are strong in technical subjects then you have to try in technical jobs. If you are not too much strong in technical part then you can go for non technical jobs.

Following are the list of some technical exams in which you can apply:

--IBPS Specialist Officer

--SBI Specialist cadre

--ISRO scientist post

--BEL probationary Engineer post

Following are the list of some non technical exams in which you can apply:

--IBPS/ SBI PO

--Indian Railway JE/ SSE

--SSC CGL

--DMRC/ LMRC station controller
