Is the job as technician in ICAR considered to be a government job or not?
Is the job as technician in ICAR considered to be a government job or not? Is anyone working in ICAR already? Can you suggest me if it's like a government job or not? Am quite confused now and it will be really helpful if someone can clarify it.

ICAR stands for Indian Council of Agriculture & Research. This is an autonomous body under the Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE), Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare,Government of India. Its has almost 101 ICAR Institute & 71 Agricultural Universities. It is a government job only, you should not be getting confused. Though it is an autonomous body it come under Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare,Government of India. So you need not to worry.
