After gradation course in B.SC you can do M.SC which is a post graduate course duration of 2 years & having six semesters. Other courses are as follows :

MSC
Nursing

You have completed B.Sc degree in Botany so you are eligible for higher study.

You can do M.Sc in Botany because you have completed B.Sc degree in Botany from a recognized university.

If you have completed graduation degree with above 50% marks from a recognized university then you are eligible for MBA course.

You can do M.S degree from abroad but you must have valid GRE and TOEFL score.
