No, it is not necessary to study Hindi to apply for all government jobs. Only for specific jobs like Hindi pundit, Hindi translator it is necessary. Hindi is not mandatory at all for most of the jobs in government sector. But it is better to learn Hindi language, because most of the people on major cities are Hindi speakers.

No, it is not mandatory to study Hindi to apply for government jobs. But you have knowledge in your local languages. Actually the government exam question paper will be set bilingually in Hindi as well as English. So there is no problem government exams. But it is necessary to study your local languages. Studying Hindi Language is added advantage whenever you're applying the government examinations.

To apply for government jobs, you should have completed degree course in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and no percentage bar is there to apply. Your age should be between 21 to 30 years. Upper age limits is applicable for reserved categories. Qualification and age limits differs from exam to exam.

No ,It is not that much required to apply for the government jobs. But you have to get a grip on the Hindi language to get a scope and importance for your job.In fact English is the common language in now a days.So you need not worry.

More over some of particular exams like Hindi Pandits and Hindi translators (SSC ) it is more required of Hindi language. And also in Baning Sector also it is been implemented like Grameen Banks.
