why not DOE not implementing the order of Hon’able Supreme Court Regarding Grade Pay of JHT to 4600 what is the problem with the Department . If they are higher then from Supreme Court . If Govt. is not implementing the same so what is the requirement of Courts to decide the case . It is totally wrong
the Department of Expenditure is against the Translators who are highly qualified
Thanks
Dr. Vijay SHarma

I am JHT in Central Govt. Subordinate office. I have completed 11 years as JHT in 2012. My question is that
As per the judgement given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Smt. TP Leena, Junior Hindi Translator of Fisheries Department, Kochi Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- is allowed w.e.f. 2006 and on the basis of this GP of Rs. 4800/- on 1st ACP is given. Whether this will be allowed to all the JHTs of Central Govt. or they all have to approach the CAT for getting the same. Please clarify and guide us.
