RAW means Research and Analysis Wing, to become a agent in RAW which is the intelligence agency of India for crime related activities, a candidate must join any of the given below fields:

1. Indian Defense Services.

2. Indian Police Services.

3. Intelligence Bureau.

There is no direct recruitment test conducted at national level for recruitment into RAW. At 10+2 level, you must aim to join National Defence Academy. The eligibility criteria for NDA/NA entrance exam is that candidate must have done 10+2 from a recognized board. The age limit is 16.5-19.5 years. Only unmarried male candidates can apply for this exam.

After clearing the written test and Service Selection board, you can join NDA and after some years of service, you will be eligible for RAW depending upon your performance in defense services, then you will have to give NATI in order to finally get recruited in RAW. NATI is the National Aptitude test in Intelligence.

No direct recruitment for RAW.

RAW is the security and safety agency that handles very crucial cases related to the safety and security of the country and that is why they do not recruit people through any entrance exam.

They pick the right people from anywhere like CBI, CID, POLICE, ARMY, IAS or IPS. If you want to get recruited in RAW then best way is to go for SSC CGL exam and get a post in CBI.

To become a Raw agent you need to be working in a Government public services office like IPS, CID,CBI and police department.

Because, there is no special recruitment for the raw agents.

So there will be total internal recruitment for RAW.

So, to become a raw agent you first served as IAS, IPS, CID....

To become these jobs you need to appear in UPSC exam.
