Iss law degree is sufficient to become a judge? Then can you tell me in details that what would be the qualification to become judge

It is a good choice to become a judge. You need to understand roles and responsibilities of a judge. Judge is confined to a district, state, national levels.
Roles and Responsibilities of a judge: Need to supervise legal proceedings. Need to involve in court hearings. Need to uphold the rights of every individual. Need to available at any time of emergency. Need to look whether hearings or trials are being conducted based on rules or not. Steps to become a judge: Apart from being a graduate from law is not enough to become a judge. You need to undergo the following steps. Attend the Undergraduate School. Earn a Law Degree. Pass a Bar Exam. Work as an Attorney. Obtain a Judgeship Complete Training Work as a Lawyer for few years. All the Best!

Qualification required:--
Bachelors Degree of Law from a recognized University / Institute Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 35 years. (Age relaxation for the SC / ST / OBC / PWD candidates as per Government norms). |
