Profile:
Office of the Principal Judge in Family Court was established under the Government of India. The family court is responsible for making or deciding matters and orders in relation to family law. The family courts are well known as the statutory creations primarily dealing with equitable matters devolved from a court of inherent jurisdiction such as superior court.
Job Profile:
Candidates are invited to apply for the posts of Lower Division Clerk in Office of the Principal Judge depending on their qualification and skills.
Eligibility:
Candidates should not be in between 18 to 27 years of age as on 1 July 2010. Relaxation in age is available to reserved catgegory candidates as per government rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates are required to be atleast 10th passed or equivalent from recognized board for applying for the posts of Clerk in Office of the Principal Judge.
No. of posts: Total 84 posts are available.
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will get the prescribed salary of Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 1900.
Selection Process:
Selection of the eligible candidates will be made by the means of a written test, typing test, computer test and personal interview test.
How to apply: An application fee of Rs. 200 (Rs. 100 for reserved category candidates) in the form of a DD drawn in favour of The Principal Judge, Family Courts, Dwarka, New Delhi is need to be paid by the candidates. Candidates should apply online only and the hardcopy of the application form should be mailed to the address:
