I have applied in Bank of Baroda Probationary Officer recruitment of this year. But I don’t know how they are going to select the candidates. Can you please let me know about the selection procedure? Please let me know immediately. Waiting for your response.

The selected process of Bank of Baroda PO 2018 recruitment are mentioned below :-

--> Online Written Test
--> Group Discussion
--> Interview

Candidates who qualified and secured the cut-off marks or more specified by the bank are eligible to attend the further rounds of the Bank of Baroda PO recruitment process.

The selection will be on the basis of qualifying in two stages of examination.

The two stages are :-

Written + Descriptive Test.

Interview+ Group Discussion.

So, you have to appear and qualify in both stages of examination for final selection.

The last date of filling the application is 02nd July 2018.

The selection procedure of Bank of Baroda PO 2018 recruitment involves the following rounds :-

1. Online examination
2. Group Discussion
3. Interview

Selection procedure of Bank of Baroda PO 2018 recruitment :

Selection of the candidate will be on the basis of following two stages :

1. Online Written Examination + Descriptive Test
2. Psychometric test + Group Discussion and Interview

*Psychometric test is qualifying.

Pattern of written examination :

• Reasoning & Computer Aptitude : 50 questions and 75 marks
• Banking Awareness and General Awareness : 40 questions and 40 marks
• English language : 35 questions and 35 marks
• Quantitative Aptitude : 40 questions and 50 marks
• Letter and Essay Writing : 2 questions and 50 marks

1/4th negative marking is also there for every wrong answer.

First candidate have to appear in written examination.
Candidate who qualify written exams will be called for Interview and GD.

3) Quantitative Aptitude - 40 Questions - 50 Marks
4) English Language -35 Questions - 35 Marks
Composite Time - 2 Hours 30 Minutes (for above 4 sections)

5) English Language (Letter Writing and Essay) - 2 Questions - 50 Marks
Duration - 30 Minutes
