Hello Friends, I have completed my B.Com with Accounts as major subject. I want to give various Bank exams of IBPS and SBI. Kindly tell me all the exam dates of these two Bank exams and also provide me the syllabus.

Syllabus-

Maths- R.S. Aggrawal
Simplification, Approximation, Number Series, Pipes and Cistern, Boat and Stream, Time and Work, Time and Distance, CI, SI, Age, Average, DI.

Reasoning- R.S. Aggrawal
Coding-Decoding, Alphabetical Series, Seating Arrangement, Puzzle, Blood Relation, Inequality, Syllogism, Direction.

English- BSC
Passage, Antonyms, Synonyms, Error detection, cloze test, fillers, double fillers.

Computer- BSC

General Awareness- BSC

Read monthly magazine, daily English newspaper for the knowledge of GA.


Dates of SBI Clerk exams-
22, 23, 30 June.
IBPS exams will be held in the month of Sept./Oct. and Nov./Dec.

There are different exams conducted by both IBPS and SBI for the post of clerk and Officers and if you want to make your career in banking industry then you must know that there is a huge scope of career in banking because banking is one of the fastest growing industry in India and many economic activities depends on it so you must be serious about this.

IBPS conduct clerk and PO exam for various public sector banks except SBI and its examination are conducted once a year for every post such as Specialist Officer, Probationary Officer and Clerks.

IBPS has issues official calendar for various examinations and you must read that notification calendar and know the examination dates.

SBI also issues notification for every recruitment of officer and clerks and if you are willing to get job in SBI then you have to qualify separate exam conducted by SBI and details of its recruitment are also available on official website.

The examination pattern is same both both SBI and IBPS where a candidate has to qualify prelims and mains examination for the post of clerk and final selection is based on the marks secured in mains exam.

If you appear for officer post exam then you have to qualify three stages which are prelims exam, mains exam and interview process and if you qualify all these then you will become probationary officer in the bank.

There is no interview process for the post of clerk in any bank that is why focus on written examination and exam is conducted through online mode in objective type pattern where multiple choice questions are given.

I have completed M.com ,B.Ed.l am 31 years old. Also I have an experience as assistance teacher in school. So I want to ask about which exams I can give to get government job. Actually I belong open category.
