I am retiring from air force, now I want to join as SI of Uttarakhand Police. What are the qualifications required and what about the ex-servicemen quota.

The eligibility criteria for ex service men in Uttarakhand Police are as follows:

> The candidate should be minimum 12th passed

> The candidate will get age relaxation of 5 years

> The height should be minimum 167.5 cms

> The chest without expansion should be minimum 78.cms and must have minimum 5 cms of chest expansion.

> Candidates must be an Indian citizen

You need to fulfill the age criteria for applying as an ex-servicemen for SI job. If you have retired from Air Force, then surely it will be valid for getting the reservation benefit.

Age relaxation is available for candidates, who belong to ex-servicemen category according to the service duration.

ESM means a person who has served in any rank(whether as a combatant or non -combatant) in the Armed forces of the Union, for a continuous period of not less than six months after attestation and has been released there from otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency.

For the above vacancies candidates need to have done Graduation (12th in case of Ex-servicemen). All candidates should have valid registration in employment office of the state at the last date of submission of application. Age Limit: From 21 to 28 years as on 1-7-2020

Sir iam retire from regular army and I have 6 year experienced of MGT duties(Hav Maj) can I got the priority for join uk police.
