To apply for the SAIL recruitment process you need to satisfy the following eligibility requirement..
→ Must have pursued engineering with Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Chemical, Electronics & Telecommunications, Instrumentation, Civil, Ceramics and Computer Science as branch subjects.
→ Pursued graduation must be from a recognized university with minimum marks of 65%.
→ SC/ST candidates can avail the age relaxation of 5%.
→ Post Graduation courses like MCA, MBA and M.Tech are also eligible.
→ Age is limited to 30 years for general candidates and 35 years for SC/ST candidates.

Selection procedure consists of a SAIL written test which will be followed by a Group Discussion and an interview.
