There is no fixed date for any government exam notification. It is usually announced in the month of June or July or even in August. Selection will be on the basis of performance in the exam and interview.

If you are applying for TGT of Uttar Pradesh, then it will not be conducted by other state like Rajasthan. Only UP public service commission can conduct such exams.
