As you are in your final year of B.Tech you are eligible for Campus Selection Scheme by DRDO.
Eligibility Criteria:
Final/Pre-final year of B.Tech/B.E

C.G.P.A.:
Unreserved Category: 7.25(or 65% marks)
Reserved Categories: 6.75(or 60% marks)
Eligible B.Tech Branches:
ECE
MECHANICAL
CS&EE

DRDO will come to Recruit for the post of Scientist ‘B’ at various prestigious institutes in INDIA. If you are from these institutes you can apply through your college otherwise you can visit to those colleges if applicable by Selection Committee of DRDO.
You have to be notified and updated of recruitment dates by yourself.
