I have Diploma in computer sc and tec , thats why i got admission in B tech . After B .tech i am doing business for medical shop . Now i wan to go for D pharmacy . can i do it? Am I eligible now to do D.Pharm course after completion of B.Tech?

For diploma in pharmacy you need class 12th with PCB or PCM stream. Admission will be based on entrance exam and you have to attend regular classes because it is a technical course.

If you have the required schooling then apply for entrance exam which is usually conducted along with polytechnic entrance exam.

No, you cannot opt for D. Pharmacy after completion of your B.Tech course as in order to pursue the course, you should have completed your B.Pharmacy from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% in graduation.

Sorry that you are not eligible for D.Pharmacy after completing B.Tech. Those who are interested to pursue for D.Pharmacy course must complete 10+2 with physics, chemistry and biology with 50% of marks from a recognized university. Since, you have completed Diploma in Computer Science stream so you are not eligible for D.Pharmacy course.

After completion of B.Tech course, you can do D.Pharmacy course.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard with PCM from a recognized board are eligible for diploma in Pharmacy.

Your age should be above 18 years.

To be eligible to get admission in D.Pharm course, the candidate must have completed 12th standard or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology subjects from a recognised board. If you have pursued 12th standard science stream instead of Diploma Computer Science course, you are eligible to pursue D.Pharm course. Since, you have not pursued 12th standard, you are not eligible to get admission to study D.Pharm course.
