The distance course for LLB is not approved by government body although there are some institutes like ICFAI which provides some law courses. You can search the ICFAI Insititute in Kolkata.

Yes, you can pursue BA LLB through distance mode, but I would suggest you to go through the regular mode. The Bar Council of India does not recognize law course which is pursued through correspondence. Hence, you cannot practice in the court as a lawyer. BA LLB course is a 5 years integrated course, so if you want to study law through distance then it would be just a waste of your valuable years. So, I would rather tell you to go for the regular BA LLB course which is recognized by Bar Council of India.

Yes, you can pursue B.A in LLB course in distance mode.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard from any stream with above 50% marks from a recognized board are eligible LLB course but you should qualify in CLAT exam.

There are no age criteria.
