Can I study M.Sc(Statistics) in Indian Statistical Institute being a B.Sc(Mathematics) student?


Dear Sir,
I have joined B.Sc(Mathematics) this year. After my graduation I want to do M.Sc(Statistics) in Indian Statistical Institute. Since I am having one ancillary paper of Statistics in my graduation, can I able to do my M.Sc in Statistics?Waiting for your reply,

The eligibility for M.Stat in Indian Institute Statistical Institute is a 3 year Bachelor’s degree with Statistics as a full subject,
or a B Stat/B Math Degree/PG Diploma in Statistical Methods and Analytics from ISI.

The duration of the course is 2 years.

You have completed B.Sc in Mathematics so you are eligible for M.Sc degree in Statistics in Indian Statistical Institute.

Those candidates who have completed B.Sc degree in Mathematics/Statistics from a recognized university are eligible for M.Sc degree in Statistics in ISI.

Your age should be above 16 years.
