The details of GATE exam is given below- GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. If you have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Architecture/Design or its equivalent or masters degree in science department then are eligible for GATE exam. GATE exam doesn't require any kind of percentage marks in 12th or bachelor or masters progrmme. There are no restrictions for attempts in GATE exam. You can apply any number of time. There is no age criteria but your minimum age must be above 18 years. I have attached the syllabus for GATE exam for ECE subject so please check it out. |

ECE and EIE are the branches you have during the graduation.
For the PG course, the branches get broaden to the subjects as the branches you had in UG. So, Yes, it is possible that you can pursue the PG in any subject of ECE which are as follows : * Communication Systems * VLSI and Embedded Systems * Integrated Electronics & Circuits * Microwave Engineering * Systems & Signals * Nanotechnology * Optoelectronics & Optical Communication * Control & Automation |
