Yes you can do industrial psychology after B.Com. The eligibility to do the post graduation in i.e. M.Sc. (Industrial Psychology) is a graduation. These are the following courses one can study for industrial psychology: M.Sc (Industrial Psychology) available in Jain University, Bangalore, M.Sc (Applied Psychology) available in Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, and PG Diploma in Industrial Psychology in Mahatma Gandhi Vidaymandir Institute.
