I have 6 years gap after 10th. Can I try to get admission in 12th and what I need for admission and which college. Please help me.

As you mentioned, you have studied up to Class 10th only. It is not possible to join any college for degree without 10+2 qualifications. So you can study graduation through open universities like IGNOU after Class 10th. For that you have to clear the Bachelor Preparatory Program (BPP) conducted by the IGNOU. After completion of the BPP, you can join BA course in IGNOU through distance education. The duration of the BA course is three years. This is one of the options available for those who have not studied 10+2 in schools, because after 6 years gap it is very difficult to join in a school and study 10+2. Yes, you are eligible to get the admission in 12th std after 6 years of gap. There is no bar on age limit to get admission in course.

But, you must have to give the reason of your gap to get admission in course. So, if you have any nobel reason for it, you are eligible to get admission.

After completion of your 12th you will be eligible to get admission in undergraduate courses in colleges.

There is no any special procedures to follow after long gap. You will not have to face any problem while admission. So no need to worry. You are free to get admission in any college.

You cannot get admission in 12th directly after completion of your 10th class, you will have to get admission in 11th class and then after clearing the class, you can move up to 12th standard.

Since every college and universities fix their own age limit for admission process. It is mandatory that the candidate must satisfy the age limit to be eligible for Graduation course through regular mode. However, you can try to get admission through distance mode. There is no age limit Graduation through distance mode.
