i done my graduation in BA and i got 40%. did i do PG in ECO HON in any private university? Will it help for my future? Can someone please advice me with the best course to be taken next after my graduation? Awaiting for your reply!

No, only B.A degree holder candidates are not eligible for post graduation in Economics.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree in economics are eligible for masters degree in Economics.

Your age should be above 17 years.

Yes, If you are interested to do PG in Economics its good decision it will definitely help you in future , If you want to choose teaching line then it will help you more.

Other after graduation also you can apply for many jobs in government sector as well as private sector.

banking sector

RBI

Yes one can study M.A Economics, there are lot of scope available after completing MA Economics Hons. One can make their career Teaching line or can appear for government examinations or can pursue their career in Indian Administrative Services. One can also choose from the following courses as per their interest,

-M.A (English),
-M.A (History),
-M.A (Geography),
-M.A (Liberal studies),
-M.A (Sociology),
-M.A (Public Administration),
-M.A (International Relations) etc.

If you want to pursue your career in teaching then you have to study M.Phil or B.Ed along with your Post Graduation.

If you want you can also study MBA. If one interested in marketing can do MBA in Marketing or can do MBA in Human Resource it depends on the individual. There are lot of scope in MBA in Marketing and Human Resources also. There are lot of vacancies in both fields.
