Since you belong from Arts stream, you cannot become a Doctor as you are not eligible for it.
Candidates those who have completed their class 12th in Science stream studying Physics, Chemistry and Biology as their subjects from a recognised Board with a minimum of 50% of marks in it are eligible to apply for the MBBS course in order to become a Doctor.

Firstly it depends the subject in which you want to specialize. And most of the subjects require a science stream. If you are weak in maths then seek help from your teachers. You should at least score a minimum of 50-60%. And in this profession the main subjects you need to focus on are biology, chem and physics.
Focus more on the science stream as little low marks in maths wont affect much in the entrance examination.

It is not necessary that you have to score good marks in mathematics to become a doctor. If you have scored less marks the nothing to worry about. You can simply opt for Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your 11th standard and carry on. You have to complete your 12th standard with minimum 60% marks from a recognized board. There are lots of medical entrance examinations conducted, so after your 12th you can appear for the examinations and carry on your further medical courses like MBBS, BAMS etc. so that you become a doctor in future.

The mathematics marks is not important to become a doctor. Candidates who have passed 10+2 or higher secondary examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English with at least 50% marks are eligible to appear for NEET examinations. The marks scored in the NEET examinations will be considered for the MBBS/BDS admission. So you should score good marks in the NEET to become a doctor in future. The mathematics marks are not considered for the NEET examination. The NEET examination consists of Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects only. So do not bother about mathematics marks.
