How can I get admission to study Lateral B.Tech(Civil Engineering) after completing Diploma from PTU?


Hello Sir,
I am doing Diploma in Civil Engineering from PTU. After completing Diploma, I want to go for further study as B.Tech in Civil Engineering. How can I get admission in DTU through Lateral Entry?

Yes surely you can apply for lateral entry exam for getting admission if you have done your Diploma from PTU which is a recognized technical university. Just make sure that you have an AICTE approved qualification.

You can apply for any lateral entry exam of any state but the best chance for you will be in your domiciled state. In other state you will not be eligible for government engineering colleges.
