I'm nontechnical & at prasent i am working in textile company as a shift officer (knitting ).
can you suggest to me how can improve my job?

If you have completed your Graduation then probably you can start applying for all the Government jobs like Army, Navy, Railways, TNPSC etc.. which will help you to get some good jobs.

You can also apply for Bank PO and Clerk jobs based on the eligibility criteria. The best exam to start with for Bank jobs is taking up the IBPS exam. CLICK HERE! to know more about IBPS exam.

Now if you have not completed your Graduation then probably you won't be eligible for any of the above jobs mentioned as for most of the Government and Bank jobs needs Graduation as the minimum criteria. Personal advice to you will be if possible try to complete the Graduation now even if you feel it's too late because to see a good future in your career we need to have a degree atleast to excel.

If you strongly feel that it won't be possible to do then you don't have to worry much about it because if you are ready to the hard work then for sure you can excel in your life. Now as you are already in the job of Shift Officer try to check if it will be possible for you to move up in your post, check with the Manager if some promotion will be given for you or so. If it is there then you can concentrate on doing your work to move to the next post if not then probably you can find out some good jobs in other companies which does the same work which you do now.

You can probably plan for starting some small business in your locality which you feel that it's rare in your place so that your customer base will be more and build your business later on. It's sure that you need some investment for doing that so probably you need to do some overtime in your current work and start saving money for the business and then implement in future which will surely give you a brighter future if you put your hard work.

U have improve in ur field. Get specialist in tht field. U cn improve job and ur life also. Not only in tht field. Every field like this only.
