I forgot my registration number. What to do?
I completed my part 1 and part 2 registration but I forgot my registration number and I didn't get any information in my e-mail too. My e-mail is [email protected]

You must have to contact to the Institute directly as you have forgotten your Registration number. Since you forgot your Registration number, you will have to face some serious issues in future. Better you contact to the Institute and explain them your issue. I am sure they will help you positively.
