Yes, you can study LLB through distance mode, but it will be of no use. LLB through distance mode is not recognized by the Bar Council of India, so as a result you won't be allowed to practice in court as a lawyer. You will just get a degree which may be helpful for you in some other official purposes.

Here are some of the best universities from where you can pursue LLB through distance mode:

> Annamalai University. (Tamil Nadu)

> Mahatma Gandhi University. (Kottayam)

> Dr. Ambedkar Law University. (Tamil Nadu)

> Banaras Hindu University. (Banaras)

> Delhi University. (Delhi)

> Department of Distance Education. (Haryana)

> ICFAI University. (Gurgaon)

> Pandit Ravi Shankar University. (Raipur)

> National Law University. (Jodhpur)

> Jiwaji University. (Madhya Pradesh)

> Kalinga University. (Bhubaneshwar)

> The Government Law College. (Mumbai)

> Viswa Bharti University. (West Bengal)

> NALSAR University of Law. (Hyderabad)

> ILS Law College. (Pune)
