I have got seat in Vignan University through VSAT. At present I have not qualified in EAMCET. So, can I join in Vignan University?

To join in Vignan Univetreersity or not depends upon your interest. Since, you have disqualified in EAMCET examination and got a seat in Vignan University through VSAT examination. I suggest you to join in Vignan University instead of buying a Management quota seat for pursuing Undergraduate course.
