Steps to become a Pilot for a BE Electrical student?
I am 24 years old right now and I am in final year of my Graduation. I am a BE student of Electrical Engineering. I want to become a Pilot. Please tell me some steps through which I can become a Pilot. Waiting for your response!

To become a pilot after completion of Engineering requires some basic training and licence. The basic training and how to get licence detail as follows:
This licence is the most important licence to become a commercial pilot. > The age bracket for getting a CPL is between 18 years and 30 years. > You need a minimum of 250 hours of flying to get this licence. Of this, 150 hours have to be solo flying 25 hours cross country, 10 hours of instrument flying and five hours of flying in the night. > Medical certificate form ACFNE or IAM add theory test in air regulations, aviation metrology, yeh navigation, technical and planning are other important parts of the process. > Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6 by 6 eyesight. |

--- You can become either a Commercial pilot or pilot in the defence forces.
° To become a pilot in the defence forces, apply for Short Service Commission and for more information about stipend and the compulsory service, you can check the website of Army, Airforce and Navy. ° To become a commercial pilot, you will have to clear class 1 medical,DGCAwritten papers and flying training.
