Can someone please do explain me what is the Bachelor of Arts (Journalism and Mass Communication)?

Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication is a 3-year undergraduate course and provides knowledge about various journalist skills in mass media such as newspapers, television, radio, internet, and social understanding to write about and convey information to the general public. The eligibility to apply for this course is a candidate must have passed 10+2 in any stream with a minimum score of 50-60% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. The minimum age limit to apply for this course is 17 years and there is no upper age limit.

The admission process varies from college to college. Some colleges conduct their own entrance examination and the selection is done on the basis of performance in the exam.

It's a 3 year UG program equipping students with the technical skills and social understanding to write about and convey information to the General public involving business, history Culture , budget issues , governmental matters , entertainment etc

Those who have completed 10+2 from a recognised board are eligible.
Admission is based on personal interview and common entrance exam.
