During filling the 1st reg of the ias pre exam there is a education qualification point where various degrees are mentioned, like graduation in political science , graduation in history etc.
is it shows that we should have specialization in that particular subject during the graduation.

If you have completed plan graduation degree from recognized university then you can choose others option.

Those candidates who have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university are eligible for IAS exam.

Age Criteria:

For General: 21 to 30 years
For OBC: 21 to 33 years
For SC/ST: 21 to 35 years

No. of Attempts:

For General: 3
For OBC: 7
For SC/ST: No Restriction

1)Preliminary test
2)Mains exam
3)Personal interview

Minimum educational qualification for appearing in IAS exam is to have a bachelor degree from any government recognised university in any subject.

While filling the form for IAS you have to give the detail of educational qualification where you have to reveal about the subject from which you have completed your graduation. It may be from Economics, English, History, Political science, Accounts or any other subject.

But I have done graduation more than one subject, so what should I choose.
