What is the eligibility to get sports quota admission at NIT?


I’ve 4 national certificates and 1 SGFI certificate and 10-15 state certificates in roller skating of last 2 year. Will be appearing for 12th board and hoping for NIT. Can I get any help by sports quota?

I am sorry to say that there is no provision of sports quota admission in NIT, you must have to qualify in the respective entrance examination to get admission under NIT.
Candidates those who have completed their class 12th in Science stream from a recognised Board with scoring above 50% of marks in it can get admission in NIT.

For getting admission through sports quota , students should have national level certificate in any sports .

This certificate is very important for those students whose economical condition is very poor.
