What is the percentage requirement in graduation to apply for jobs in reputed companies? Can you please let me know the value in common? As like how much would be required in order to apply for the jobs in companies? Looking forward to get the answer!

The percentage of marks that is set as a benchmark by most of the companies is 60% throughout the career of the student.
If you are having 60% throughout your career then you will be able to sit in almost all the companies and there is also a high chance of you getting selected for the job.
So try and make sure that you maintain 60% on an average.

Yes companies invite job applications and they get a lot of responses. The first thing the do is shortlist the entries based on merit. That is the marks scored. They set a cut off mark limit. Candidates who have scored below this cut off are rejected and those who have scored above that are called for second round of the interview.

Usually companies don't specify the cut off. That is just in case they dont get enough entries,they can compromise their cut off value.

A score above 65-70% would be comfortable when it comes to reputed companies. A career expert once told this in a television interview on DoorDarshan. And that is my source.

Now-a-days there are many companies arising in India,The demand for the employees is increasing day by day,So there is a very good scope for the outgoing graduates.

But the only lagging issue is the percentage criteria,Many of them are loosing their employment opportunity at this point.

The minimum percentage criteria that many companies required is above 60%.

60% is the basic percentage for many companies,But some reputed companies like Google,Infosys,HBL etc,. require students who have got more than 70% of marks in your graduation.

So it will be better to any student to get more than 65% of marks,which will help him a lot.

Moreover some companies are asking for minimum 60% of marks for there 10th class onwards which had became a curse for graduated students.

So study well and try to get more than 65% of marks.

some reputed companies have 65% above in graduation but you have deep knowledge of your course then you must be select in reputed companies if you have even low percentage.
