Both the course is valuable in private and public sector companies as well and you can select any one of the course based on you are future aspiration.

-> If you are interested to become an Auditor or Chief Accountant, then you can pursue for Chartered Accountant.

-> If you are interested to become a Company Secretary or Director, Manager, then you can pursue for the Company Secretary course.

ICAI Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and the course includes following 3 sections:

-Competency Professional Test (CPT)
-Professional Competence Examination (PCE)
-Final exam

ICSI means Company Secretary of India and the course includes following three stages,

-Foundation Course,
-Intermediate Course and
-Final Course.
