Yes, of course you can do both the BBA along with the Company Secretary. 12th standard or its equivalent qualification is the minimum educational qualification required to apply for both the CS and BBA course.

You can do BBA through regular mode and Company Secretary through distance mode. But, make that you should have the capability to manage both he courses at the same time.

ICSI Stands for Institute of Company Secretaries of India is a professional course and the course is divided into Foundation, Intermediate and Final course.

Eligibility Criteria:

-> Applicant must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized school.

-> Applicants with Graduation can enrolled directly for the intermediate examination.
