It is very good to hear that you are worried about your furhter studies and you want to opt for your Post Graduate degree course.
Since, you are pursuing B.Sc in Biotechnology, according to my opinion you must pursue M.Sc in the same field.
Candidates those who have completed their B.Sc in Biotechnology from a recognized University scoring a minimum of 50 percent of marks in it are eligible to opt for the M.Sc course in Biotechnology.

There are several courses to pursue after successful completion of B.Sc in Biotechnology course. Although there are several course, the best course I would suggest you to go with is "Master of Science in Biotechnology" course.

As far as my best knowledge is concerned, I would strongly advice you to pursue this M.Sc in Biotechnology course. There are various colleges that are offering this course.
