Quote:
NET stands for National Eligibility Test. The educational qualification required for NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for NET exam. There is no age criteria for NET exam but for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years. |

Yes, both can be considered if you have got post graduation degree in this field. M.Sc in Electronics and Electronics Science is same without any doubt. Just make sure that you have got 55% marks in post graduation.
Therefore, no need to worry about your qualification and try to be ready for the written exam. |

Re: Whether Electronic Science and Electronics streams both are equivalent for UGC NET or not?
In order to be eligible for UGC-NET you just need too have a PG degree in any stream and field. Therefore if you have a PG qualification from a recognized University scoring a minimum of 55% in aggregate, you are very much eligible to pursue the course.

Electronic Science is a course and UGC NET is an entrance test for candidates wishing to enroll in a career as a lecturer.
SO, there is no such comparison between the to as you have asked above. However you can very much opt for UGC_NET after completion of your Pg degree from a recognized University. |
