sir, i m student of sy bsc IT from dav college bhandup(w) mumbai,i want to change my college and also applied for a college at that college on the merit basis my seat will be confirmed but they are asking for noc .when i gone to the dav college vice principal and ask for noc then he asked me to pay a sum of 50000 rs that means last two years of fees then and only then u can get noc certificate.i m not able to pay this amount of money please help me to get my noc with my col,lege

Generally, when you are studying at a private college and want to change college due to some reasons, then most of the private colleges won't cooperate because they lose students and seats remain vacant.

Hence, you need to contact the higher management, if you want to create pressure. You can get NOC, if you complain against the college, because asking for full fee is not fair.
