I am pursuing MCA and now in 5th semester so, want to do training from WIPRO and COGNIZANT. So, tell me how to approach these companies for internship?

For internships at IT companies, you need to apply through their official website. They have career section on their website and you can easily upload your CV through it with application.

There are HR managers of the company, who can be contacted for internship at these companies. If you have any contacts working those companies, then you can apply through their references too.
