what are the requirements for being trained in the companies like reliance com. and HAL india as per the summer training.

Reliance and Hall India both are very well reputed companies of India.

One thing i want to clear you is that HAL provide training to those students who had completed their courses completely.
I mean to say is that you can not apply for the taring in HAl being a 2nd or 3rd year student.

Also reliance provide training to students form well reputed institutes.
So you should have to keep your academics record with good grades.

For training you have to contact in the training cell in Reliance and Hall India and submit your application form.

After few time period they will display your name if you are selected as a trainee executive.

Then you can start your training with Reliance and Hall India.
