For your internship program from IBM, you need to contact the HR department of the company. If you have a good academic record, then surely you can apply for the internship program.

You have to pass a screening test and interview also before joining the internship. Hence, you must get your Resume ready and contact the HR manager of IBP as soon as possible. If you are considered appropriate for the internship, then surely you will be allowed to join the internship.
