Procedure to apply for Internship in HAL, BHEL or BEL of Bangalore campus for B.E.(ECE) 5th semester student?

Hello,
I have completed my 4th semester B.E. in Electronics and Communication with 80% aggregate and pursuing 5th semester.
Can I get Internship in HAL, BHEL or BEL in Bangalore?
What is the procedure for getting Internship?

You have to fill up the training application form available at your college. Then you have to write a cover letter in which you have to mention all the details of your training. Then you have to send the application with the letter and resume to the HR department of the respective company. The company will now shortlist the candidates according to their eligibility. If they calls you, then you have to submit a NOC from your college and can start your training.

Is there any internship conducting for B.tech 3rd year students, I.e. for 6th semester completed students? In Hal or BHEL in summer.
