Tata Steel usually recruits interns from :-

- Tier -1 institutes which includes top IITs, ISM and IT-BHU.
- Institutes with which it has tie-ups.

Eligibility is - 6.50 CGPA

Hence if you belong to any of the above two categories of institutes and have the basic eligibility as given above.
