The criteria is listed below for summer internship:-

->Candidates should have scored minimum 60% marks in class 10th, 12th and should be passed from a recognized board.
->Minimum 60% marks should have been scored in Graduation.
->There should not be any backlogs in graduation or degree program.
->You should have good communication skills and good command in English.
->Should have good knowledge of core subjects.

If you fulfill there criteria they will call you for internship.

Sorry, Your are not eligible to apply for summer internship in IBM, Wipro or any other top IT companies because their minimum requirement for the programme is the candidate should complete atleast 3 years and they require a sound command in programming.
But, you can opt for any other small scale IT companies for internship by approaching them in person.
