I am sorry to tell you this but you are not eligible for Physical Sciences.
You are eligible for Electronic Science as your specialization.
You need to apply for the area in which you have completed your Masters in to be finally eligible to utilize the benefits of clearing the Examination.

You have done M.Tech in Electronics so you are not eligible for CSIR NET exam in Physical Science.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree in Physics or it's equivalent from a recognized university are eligible for CSIR NET exam. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

Your age should be below 28 years.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
