Am I eligible to do Ph.D after passing M.Sc in Mathematics with 49%? Is it possible to do M.Sc again to score good marks?

I have completed my msc in mathematics with 49% marks.I have heard that one is not eligible to do phd with such marks.so will I be eligible to do phd if I do msc once more and secure the marks needed for phd ??

You have completed M.Sc degree with 49% so you are not eligible for Ph.D course.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D course.

There is no age criteria.

So you can try for another M.Sc degree from any recognized university but you must secure at least 55% marks in masters degree.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
