Since, you are studying M.Tech in Biotechnology, you can very much apply for the Ph.D course in Biomedical Sciences. You must score a minimum of 55% of marks in your Masters degree to be eligible for Ph.D course.
Candidates those who have completed their Masters degree in Biotechnology from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are eligible to opt for the Ph.D course in Biomedical Sciences.
