Few seats are reserved for foreign nationals in most of the reputed university and you should have a very good academic record then only you will be able to get admission in a good university.

If you have masters qualification with at least 55% marks and have lecturer experience then you can surely apply for admission in India but you have to beat competition for admission because there are very few seats for foreign citizens.
