Any body can apply phd below 55% of post graduate is possible?

For a general category candidate 55% marks in post graduation is the minimum criteria for PH.D admission. For reserved category 50% marks is required after 5% relaxation.

Hence, if you are general category candidate then no chance of admission with less than 55% marks in the masters degree.

No, below 55% marks in masters degree candidates are eligible for Ph.D course.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree with above 55% marks from a recognized university with above 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D course.

There is no age criteria for Ph.D course but you must have valid UGC NET score card.
